In July 2020, Team Ireland will travel to Tokyo Olympic Games, with the hope of making the Irish nation proud in competing against the best from around the world. We have created this package for our Olympic fans wanting to experience Athletics, Beach Volleyball and hopefully see an Irish athlete compete in Golf. Overview

Flights

We will be offering flight options as they become available from each airline around August – September 2019. 

Airport Transfers

There is a shuttle bus service available for your arrival to Tokyo from the Airport. This is priced between €50-€100 per person. There is an option to request this from the point of booking. 

Private transfers are also available on request, price will be confirmed around August – September 2019.  

 

We are working with a Destination Management Company at the moment. We will be offering tours to the following:

Day and half day tours and activities in Tokyo area

Payment terms

The trip can be paid in three installments. The first installment will be charged at the time of booking, € 750 per person. The second part of the trip will be billed in September 2019 (60% of the remaining balance of the trip) and the final payment will be due in April 2020. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. 

Cancellation

The Passenger must immediately inform Elamys Group about the cancellation of the trip. Due to the special nature of journeys, Elamys Group has the right to charge the actual expenses incurred by the customer for cancellation. In case of illness, your own travel insurance is liable. Insurances

We recommend that you have arranged travel insurance for your trip, including travel conditions. In the event of a last-minute cancellation (including illness), the cancellation security must be applied for in the insurance. It is also important to check that the insurance has a cancellation security.

Visa and travel documents

If you have an Irish passport, you can enter Japan as a visitor for up to 90 days without a visa. You may need to provide evidence of a return or onward ticket. Your passport should be valid for the proposed duration of your stay. We recommend you take a number of photocopies of your passport with you. During your stay you should carry a photocopy of your passport at all times.
